How Minibus Rental Pricing Works
Minibus rental pricing is not one-size-fits-all. Your quote depends on several factors that are unique to your trip. Here's what goes into every quote we build:
Vehicle Size
The 18-passenger minibus is the most affordable option, with pricing stepping up through the 20 and 25-passenger sizes to the 35-passenger mini-coach. We'll always recommend the right size for your group, not the largest one.
Trip Duration and Hours
Most rentals are quoted on a per-hour basis with a minimum booking window (typically 3–4 hours). Multi-day and recurring trips are quoted on daily or weekly rates.
Distance and Route
Longer trips and multi-stop itineraries factor into the base rate. Airport transfers are typically quoted as flat-rate point-to-point trips.
Day and Time
Weekend and holiday bookings may carry a modest premium. Early-morning and late-night dispatch is available at no additional charge for most bookings.
Recurring Contract Discounts
Businesses, schools, and organizations that book recurring routes (daily, weekly, or monthly) qualify for volume pricing. Contact us to discuss contract arrangements.
Itemized Quotes Upfront
Every quote we provide is fully itemized so you know what's included before you book. Driver, fuel, and any applicable fees are broken out clearly when you call.
